 Matter

CONVERSATIONS THAT

Through a pandemic that is rapidly reshaping how teams operate, now called the “new normal”, emerged a need for greater effectiveness in communications, conversations, and participation.  With this team transformation top of mind, we have created new and relevant workshops so your team can be better equipped to respond.

RE-FRAMING YOUR

TEAM'S MISSION

Provide your team with the opportunity to revisit, re-frame, and recommit to the their mission.  In this workshop we first recall the team’s original mission, then discuss how work and tasks have changed, and, in the light of this, to re-name the unique services the team offers. Together we tackle tough questions like:

  • How have you experienced being on this team recently?

  • What common goals or services have we brought to all our projects?

  • How would you describe what business we are in, and what difference we are out to make?

  • How would you pull this together into a statement of our mission?

# 3

INCLUSION & DIVERSITY

CONSENSUS WORKSHOP

Revitalize and re-energize your inclusion and diversity initiatives to respond to the changing times.  Our Inclusion and Diversity Consensus Workshop helps organizations and groups create consensus and motivate action by using an interactive, collective group thinking process.

THE IMPACT OF COVID-19

IN THE WORKPLACE

Employee roundtable discussions can be an engaging alternative to a workshop or training session.  Attendees are given the opportunity to be active participants, rather than listening to a PowerPoint presentation.  We have three conversations that matter topics:

  1. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION #1: “How might we sustain any positive changes that we experienced during COVID-19 in our work and personal lives?”

  2. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION #2: “How can we use the virtual space to motivate our employees going forward in the next phase of COVID-19?”

  3. ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION #3: “What questions do we need to address as leaders/managers/as a team before we all go back to work in our physical work-space?
