Who We Are

SquarePeg Ltd. was started in 2013 by Tara Tvedt with a primary focus on turning employee talent into excellence.  Unique in the Caribbean and mid-Atlantic regions, SquarePeg was the first management consultancy to offer Gallup-Certified Strengths coaching and consulting to help individuals, teams, leaders and organizations aim their talents and strengths at individual and group performance.

And we have come a long way since!

Over the years we have refined and expanded our services to include process facilitation,

strategic planning and bespoke leadership and team training.

We are a group of coaches and consultants that create strategies for managers,

groups and teams to learn, develop and succeed.
