FOR MANAGERS
Talents are the driving force behind an individual’s performance. They influence a person’s actions, biases, options, and choices. They affect a Manager’s ability to inspire a team to perform its best.
The Strengths Discovery Package for Managers helps Managers examine, explore and experiment with their own natural talents and strengths within the context of their role as a people leader. Using Strengths based concepts, conversations and tools, the Strengths Coach will create an individualized approach for each Manager to appreciate their unique talents.
Specifically:

Assists the Manager to assess the critical measures of their role and fully appreciate how their dominant talents influences his/her behaviours, activities, relationships, and ability to execute and reach performance objectives.

SOLUTION-FOCUSED COACHING
In Western culture, it is generally considered both logical and effective to focus on problems and their causes in order to find a solution. The solution-focused approach challenges this mindset; it avoids analyzing the problem and instead the coach focuses the coachee on identifying solutions. Studies have shown that concentrating only on solutions and encouraging individuals to focus on their strengths can enable them to reach their goals in less time than problem-focused approaches.
